A 59-year-old patient from the medical tourism sector - living in Belgium.

We performed implant-prosthetic treatment with the use of implants in the lateral sections of the mandible and computer-designed zirconium crowns in the CAD-CAM system on our own teeth in the maxilla.

The patient came to our clinic to Warsaw twice. The first stage was the surgical part - placing implants and making temporary restorations. The second stage, after about six months, is the production of crowns on implants and the patient's own teeth.

68-year-old patient living in Poland.

Implant prosthetic treatment was performed with the use of five implants implanted in the jaw.

Two-stage treatment. First, we implanted the implants and provided the patient with a temporary restoration, and after six months, we made a computer-designed zirconium bridge in the CAD-CAM system.

A 60-year-old patient living in Poland

We performed the procedure of removing the residual dentition in a patient with simultaneous, bilateral lifting of the bottom of the maxillary sinus, bilateral lateralization of the alveolar nerve in the mandible, bone augmentation, implantation of 15 implants by @ begoimplantsystems. The patient received temporary restorations imitating natural teeth during the implant healing. After 6 months of implant osseointegration, we started the prosthetic stage. The patient received PMMA temporary bridges mounted on implants, computer-designed in the CAD-CAM @ 3shape system for 3 months, during this period we collected data on the bruxchecker regarding muscular and joint overloads. The patient also received a set of rehabilitation exercises aimed at accelerating the body's adaptation to the new temporary dentition.

The next stage was the work of our team of prosthetists who designed solid individual abutments, our team made zirconium bridges with @ivoclarvivadent_int Emax Prime on the abutments in the CAD-CAM @ 3shape system with individual characterization of the teeth and gingival part in our World Dental prosthetic laboratory.

The next step is screwing the bridges to the implants, securing and plugging the inlet holes.

State before the procedure

The patient is planning the procedure with edentulousness in the maxilla and mandible. The surgeon decided to insert 14 implants, and while the patient healed, he received temporary restorations, imitating natural teeth. After the implant healing period, we made individual abutments on which we placed PMMA temporary bridges in order to adapt the patient to the dentition.

The final result

The final stage of the work was to create zirconium bridges in our prosthetic laboratory with individual characterization of the teeth and the gingival part.

A 60-year-old patient who has been living in the USA for 30 years
